This is Dr Rajeeth Shetty Badur, Anesthesiologist based in Qatar. I have been a long time customer of Mr Shrinath Hebbar and land trades. let me share my experiences. We were introduced to land trades by Dr Jagadish,Oral surgeon Mangalore through his Father-in -law Late Dr Mahalinga Bhat from Puttur. We were looking for a good piece of land for our dream house in mangalore,few years ago. My father in law,Bellipady Raghunath Rai and his nephew Sharath Rai(Son of Late B. Narashim Rai, Advocate Mangalore), in his old Willyx Jeep went around mangalore for about two years and stumbled upon the present place where we built our dream house. This was a project purchased by middle class family like me at a affordable price. My fatherinlaw saw the place,which was near the park in the inside part about 10cents land in the newly done layout opposite the famous Kadri Kambla Fields. As my fatherinlaw and Sharath were leaving the entrance of the New layout,they were also shown this land ,corner site which was also for sale. My fatherinlaw immediately liked the place and did a booking and rest was history,our Dream house Chira was built. Later, i booked two more properties Ourenia G7 commercial area and 2202 ,Mauriskha Palace. Ourenia was handed over well before time and Mauriskha palace is ongoing will finish december 2014. i urge all to have a look at landtrades and i am sure you will love Land trades and Mr Shrinath Hebbar, Lancy Dsouza,Mohandas, and all the land trades team, geethanjali, mamatha, Madhukar and all the ever smiling staff of Land trades.
